JLG Ball Enterprises has over 20 years of experience in providing high quality sand, gravel and crushed aggregate products for North Central and North Eastern Alberta. Our sand and gravel pits are strategically located in the County’s of Athabasca, Lac La Biche, Thorhild & Smoky Lake and are supported by a trucking fleet that can meet the aggregate production and delivery needs of the most demanding clients.
We maintain significant inventories of our best selling materials year round, based on client purchasing history, economic trends and late fall inquiries for spring start ups. We have the ability to produce aggregates year round, should the market dictate there is value in doing so. We guarantee compliance with whatever material specification you require with contracted quality control labs and testing. Whether by making custom blends or creating new products, we have access to the knowledge and a commitment to meet even the most specialized needs.
Our Products
- All crushed products for base or foundation, weeping tile rock, isolation rock, rail ballast, riprap rock for erosion control.
- All screened & washed sand proucts for concrete, masonry, ice control, asphalt shingle, buckshot and asphalt materials.
- All natural products and compaction sands.
- All aggregate is crushed to Alberta Transportation specifications.
- All aggregate is or can be be manufactured to your engineered specifictions.
- All concrete FA1 & ASTM masonry sands will meet your construction needs.
- JLG Ball can supply aggregate for the surrounding counties: County of Athabasca, County of Thorhild, Strathcona, Lamont, Bruderheim, Lac La Biche, Conklin, County of Smoky Lake, North East Edmonton and any additional locations where procuct is needed.
